Place your panini grill on a dry, level, heat-resistant surface close to a 120v
wall outlet.

Close the grill and plug into a 120v A.C. outlet. Press the power “ON” button
and the red “Power” light will illuminate.

Select desired cooking setting from Low - High to start preheating.
(If the knob on the regulator is off, the red “Power” light will not illuminate.)
When the green “Ready” light comes on, the grill has reached the correct

BEFORE FIRST USE

Carefully unpack your panini grill. Remove all packaging materials.

Wipe  the  outside  of  the  grill  housing  with  a  soft,  damp  cloth.  NEVER
immerse the grill, power cord or plug in water or any other liquid.

NOTE: There may be a small amount of smoke or odor during this
time but it will not last longer than a few minutes.

Plug into the wall outlet and heat for 5 minutes. This will burn off any
residue from the manufacturing process.

Wipe off both grilling plates with a damp cloth so that they are clean
and free of any manufacturing oils that may be left on the surface.
