Chocolate
Pound Cake
Ingredients:
¾ cup margarine, melted
11/2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
1 (1.4 oz) sugar-free, fat-free instant
chocolate pudding
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 (7oz) chocolate bar, chopped
11/4 cups 2 percent fat-free milk
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups all-purpose flour
11/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
Add ingredients into bread pan and insert into bread maker.
Select setting #12 (Cake) and push start.
When it’s done remove the bread pan, take out the cake and allow
to cool.
