POSSIBLE PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

Follow the recommendations in the recipe, consider the
temperature of the ingredients and indoor air. The longer the
cooking time, the sourer yogurt will be.

and/or the lids were blown
off the jar and body of the
fermenter.
