An introduction to your cooker hood
This instruction manual describes two cooker hoods: 60 cm and 90 cm.
The two models differ in width and colour.

Control is better
1. Unpack the appliance and remove all packaging, plastic profiles, adhesive strips and foam pads.
2. Please verify that all listed parts are included in the delivery:
- Individual parts (please refer to “Parts list” on page 27)
- Instruction manual
3. In case any parts are missing, please notify our order processing department (please refer to our
current catalogue or website).
4. Verify that the device has no transportation damage or any other signs of visible damage.
Do not operate the device if it has been damaged.
Please notify our technical help desk and have the device name and the order number ready
(please refer to “Technical specifications”, page 40).

Intended use
The cooker hood is intended for removing cooking swaths and kitchen vapours by recirculating air
through carbon filters when in air recirculation mode.
It can be used in exhaust air mode in combination with a ventilation duct to exhaust the air to the
outdoors. By inserting activated carbon filters, it can be converted to be used in air recirculation mode,
whereby no ventilation duct to exhaust the air is required.
The device is intended for installation to the ceiling wall above the stove
for use in a private household.
