12 Putting it into the bathtub

Take hold of the HUBFIX bath lift on the left and right side of the middle of the main cover panel and carefully
place the bath lift in the tub (Figure 21).
The 'foot end' of the bath lift should point towards the foot end of the tub (on a standard bathtub).
Make sure that the 'wings' point upwards and that the gap to the long sides of the tub is reasonably even.
Caution - Risk of injury:
To avoid catching your hands or damaging the bathtub, pay special attention to the gap between the
movable panels and the surface of the tub.
There must always be enough space to be able to pass your hand between them (Figure 22).
Now raise the bath lift to its highest position and attach the bathing seat.
Then fill the bathtub with water.

Clip the front frame tube of the bathing seat into the 'foot end' of the cover and tighten the clip with the winged
screw (Figure 23).
Clip the rear frame tube of the bathing seat into the 'head end' of the cover and tighten the clip with the winged
screw (Figure 24).
