Do not make any improper changes to the product.

Carry out fitting, application and removal only in accordance with the
instructions for use.

Inform the patient regarding the proper handling of the product.
Fitting the product to the prosthesis
1) Apply the product to the prosthetic knee joint according to the section
"Handling" (see Page 13) – heading "Applying product to the prosthes
is".
2)
CAUTION! The distal edge of the product must not collide with the
prosthetic foot. The proximal edge of the product must not collide
with the proximal prosthetic components. The prosthetic socket
must not collide with the product during flexion.
Move the prosthesis into the flexion and extension positions and check
for collision.
3)
In case of collision:
Shorten and deburr the product in the collision area. Avoid sharp edges
and damage to the fibre structure.

6.1 Handling
Applying product to the prosthesis
1)
NOTICE! Do not overstretch the product.
Bend the product apart.
2) Place the product over the prosthetic knee joint (see fig. 2).
3)
NOTICE! Work carefully so as to not damage the prosthetic joint.
Check the correct positioning of the product on the prosthetic knee joint.
4) Pull the rubber closure
over the pad button
to attach the product to
the prosthetic knee joint (see fig. 3).
5)
