In the above illustration the knee lock is released when the lock lever (2) is
pushed distally. Re-routing the cable (5) through the other entrance hole (6)
will cause release of the lock when the lever is pulled proximally.
To change the position of the lock lever (2) from anterior to posterior, first
pull off the cover (not shown). Remove the oval head screw (3) and pull
the lock lever out of the housing (1). Rotate the lock lever 180° and reas-
semble in the reverse order.
The cable is secured by two set screws in the bushing (4) of the lock le-
ver. A hexagon wrench for use in securing and adjusting cable length is
enclosed for your convenience.
