Check for improperly fitting or clogged
earmoulds, or excess ear wax
Recharge or replace the batteries
Make sure the external antenna is
connected and unwound
Move away from sources of interference
(metal structures, computers, etc.)
Make sure that no other microphone is
transmitting on the same channel
Clean and check the battery contacts
Check for improperly fitting or clogged

Drain the battery completely
Charge overnight
Repeat the procedure once more
Check to make sure the hearing instrument
is functioning
Check that the receiver mode switch is in
the correct position
Check that the Amigo T10 and the Hearing
Instrument are turned on.
Check that the receiver and microphone
channels match
Recharge or replace batteries
Check that the receiver is properly inserted
into the adaptor shoe. Ensure the adaptor
shoe is properly seated on the hearing instru-
ment. Contact your Hearing Care Professional
for compati bility information
Check the hearing instrument batteries
No sound/no FM reception
Weak or distorted sound
Static, intermittent sound, or feedback
Low battery life
