Connecting a boom microphone or a
lapel microphone
Note: You can override the external microphone signal by
switching to Focus or Superfocus modes.
1. Switch to Omni Mode
on the front
2. Plug in boom microphone
3. Push HI/LO button with a
pen to set to HI level
Display alternates between
channel number and HI
when set to high sensitivity
(boom mic) level.
Use Omni mode
(see page 27) to use the boom
microphone.
