Using the Streamer without the neck loop
Depending on the hearing aid, the Streamer can also be used without the neck loop, e.g. with
the optional belt clip. The distance to the hearing aid should then be less than one meter. You
may experience dropouts in sound, which is why we recommend using the neck loop. If the
Streamer is used without the neck loop, then the Streamer functionalities depend upon whether
the Streamer is in open mode (the default) or your hearing care professional has set it to linked
mode and paired it with your hearing aids, see the table below.
