1.Il existe de nombreuses variétés de riz. Suivez les directives pertinentes.

2.Mesurez les quantités requises de riz et d’eau, puis placez-les dans le bol à

riz. Remplissez le réservoir à eau au niveau désiré. Couvrez et faites cuire.

3.Pour obtenir du riz moelleux, augmentez la quantité d’eau indiquée au

tableau d’une ou de deux cuillerées à table. Si vous voulez un riz plus

ferme, diminuez la quantité d’eau d’une ou de deux cuillerées à table.

4.Vérifiez la cuisson et la consistance du riz à la fin de la durée minimale de

cuisson indiquée pour chaque variété, profitez-en pour brasser le riz.

5.Lors de cette vérification, veillez à ce que la condensation ne retombe pas

dans le bol à riz car la qualité et la saveur du riz en seraient affectées.

6.Ne mettez que de l’eau claire dans le réservoir à eau.

7.Le riz peut être salé, poivré et beurré une fois la cuisson vapeur terminée.

1. There are many types of rice. Follow specific directions for variety used.

2. Accurately measure rice and water then combine in rice bowl.

Pour specified amount of water in water reservoir. Cover and steam.

3. For softer rice, increase by 1 – 2 tablespoons the water mixed with rice

by the specified amount of water on the chart. For firmer rice decrease
water mixed with rice by the same amount.

4. Check doneness and consistency of rice at minimum time specified

for each type, stirring rice at the same time.

5. When checking/stirring rice, be careful not to drip the condensate into the

rice bowl which would reduce the quality and flavor of the steamed rice.

6. Use only clean water in water reservoir

7. Rice may be seasoned with salt, pepper or butter after steaming.
