Inspection
It is recommended that the following items be checked regularly after operation.
Should an abnormality be noted, discontinue any use and contact your nearest Oriental Motor office.
Inspection items

Are there any loose motor-mounting screws ?
●
Is the motor bearing (ball bearing) or gearhead
generating noise ?
●
Is there offset between the center of the motor’s
output shaft (gearhead output shaft) and that of
the load shaft ?
●
Is the motor cable scratched or stressed, or is
the connection with the driver loose ?
●
Is there any foreign deposit on the driver ?
●
Are there any loose driver-mounting screws, or
connector ?
●
Are any of the power elements or smoothing
capacitors inside the driver giving off a bad smell
or showing other signs of abnormality ?
The driver uses semiconductor elements, so
exercise due caution when handling the driver.
The driver may be damaged by the effects of
static electricity, etc.
