If a charge for local calls is unacceptable, the "Dial Button" should NOT be used for local calls. Only
the 7-digits of the local number should be dialled from your telephone. DO NOT dial the area code
digit or the "0" prefix."
Use only the mains adaptors supplied with this product. Incorrect adaptor polarity or voltage
can seriously damage the unit.

This telephone is capable of producing very high volume levels when the "Boost" is
switched on and the volume control is set to maximum. Extreme caution should be taken if
the handset is to be shared between users with normal hearing and those who are hard of
