Normal way to operate PROGRAM (P13~P16)

If you have selected other program (P1 ~ P12), pressing
START /PAUSE
button to pause the current program.

button, all the date will return to 0 and the console will return to POWER ON status.

UP or DOWN

PROGRAM (P13 ~ P16).

“ B. SET THE DESIRED TIME

a. After pressing the

button to enter into
PROGRAM (P2~P8)
, the TIME
function mode will appear with the display flashing “20:00”.
b. Use
UP or DOWN
buttons to set the desired TIME (10:00 TO 99:00; 1 MINUTE INCREMENT).
c. Press
ENTER
button to confirm TIME.
NOTE for TIME:

Count Up: If a target time was not selected, TIME will count up from 0:00 to maximum 99:59 minutes.

Count Down: If you have set the target time, the console will count down from that selected target time down to 0:00.
C. SET THE TARGET HEART RATE or YOUR AGE ”
If you have selected PROGRAM 13, select TARGET
HEART RATE:
UP or DOWN
button:
a. Use
UP or DOWN
buttons to set the desired TARGET
H.R. (50 ~ 190 BPM (BEATS PER MINUTE) ; 1 BPM
INCREMENT).
b. Press
ENTER
button to confirm the TARGET H.R
value.
If you have selected PROGRAM 14~16, select your
AGE:
UP or DOWN
button:
a. Use
UP or DOWN
buttons to set your AGE (13 TO 99
YEARS OLD; 1 YEAR OLD INCREMENT).
b. Press
ENTER
button to confirm your AGE.
NOTE for AGE:
NOTE : Although the console allows input for ages
beginning at 13 years old, the product is not
recommended for children’s use.
