Side abdominals 

$

 Posture : 

Sit on the middle of plate, push the abdomen to lift one 

knee upper and touch the elbow of the reverse hand. 

$

Abdominals Legged Bend Up 

$

 Posture : 

Sit on the middle of plate, hands hold the plate in reverse 

position, bend the knees in approximate 45 degrees, and keep the body
