MEASUREMENT:

Step barefoot onto the scales and make sure to stand
without moving, distributing your weight evenly on
both legs and feet on the electrodes

Switch the scales on by pressing “SET” or pressing the
platform with your foot. The screen will display the
default data or those for the last user.

Press arrows to select your user code

Step onto the platform, the display will show “0.0”.
Wait until the weight is stable, remaining fixed, it will
flash once.

The screen will now display “0000” which means that
the scales are measuring the remaining variables.
