When you encounter a shortage of I/O interrupts on level 6, Oracle recommends that you assign
one of the drivers to interrupt level 5 or 4.

Under rare conditions, the system might panic and display the message:
turnstile_block: unowned mutex
This is a known Solaris OS issue.
Hotplugging PCIe Express Modules in Slots 2.0 or 2.1 Might
Not Work (CR 6954869)
On an 8–socket system, hotplugging PCIe express modules in slots 2.0 or 2.1 might not work.
This is due to a possible shortage of hotplug interrupts on the system.
Workaround
Insert these modules before booting the system.

Might Get a BAD TRAP Panic (CR 6942158)
Due to a known issue in the Solaris OS, a system with a Combo GbE/8Gb FC Express Module
HBA might panic during boot with a BAD TRAP message.
