• A description of your system equipment:
– Computer type, speed, memory, and operating system
– If used, Modbus/TCP device manufacturer and model
– If used, SNAP PAC controller model and firmware version
– If used, OPC UA server type and configuration
• A description of the network
• Specific error messages or other diagnostic indications
