BEFORE FIRST USE
Use the
Mamma Mia Pasta Maker
to make pasta quicker and easier than ever.
When making pasta dough in this appliance, the first part of the dough that is extruded from the
appliance might be a little dry. As the dough continues to be mixed, it will become more pliable.
You can cut off and discard the first inch of the dough if desired.
When making pasta dough in this appliance, you can experiment with adding different flavors to
your dough. Consult the recipe guide for examples of some of the many different kinds of pasta
doughs you can make in this appliance.
1. Read all material, warning stickers, and labels.
2. Disassemble all components, including the Mixing Chamber, Screw Cap, Storage Bin, and
other detachable components and wash with warm, soapy water. Then, rinse and wipe dry.
3. Never wash or submerge the appliance base in water. Wipe the inside and outside of the
appliance base with a clean, moist cloth. Rinse with a warm, moist cloth.
