Torque on small pulley [Nm]

A drive ratio of i = 1 has been assumed for the upper torque limit
of open-ended ZRL-M timing belting. This limit is dependant on
pulley diameter. Therefore with a pulley having 24 teeth the
calculation can be made with a maximum of 12 teeth in mesh.
The upper torque limits of the joined endless ZRL-V timing belts,
where a maximum of 6 teeth in mesh are taken into account, are
50 %
lower and have not been plotted here.
