Description of work
The unit starts working after power is switched on. Dispensing buttons lights are white
when dispensing is allowed, and are bright blue, white-blue or unlit when not allowed,
depending on the cause of the ban. Commercials above individual buttons, are also
illuminated depending on settings and status of the device. Device status messages and
parameter settings are achieved through the LCD display located on the inside of the door,
where the programming and direct settings are also located. The following text will explain
the use of the above mentioned keys. When dispensing water or juice (water and syrup)
electromagnetic valves are turned on . After 2 hours of inactivity, the automatic cleaning
cycle is started, which takes a few seconds of tap water.
Drink dispensing
Drinks are dispensed out by pressing the corresponding button so that the beverage is
dispensed until the button is hold. If the partitioning mode is active, a short press of the
key (<0.8s) starts serving of a portion. After default time dispensing is stopped. If the
portion is still dispensing, pressing the key again stops it. If we start the dispensing and
hold the key longer than 0.8s, it is active manually, and it also stops releasing the release
key.
Setting parameters
Pressing the P keys and - for a period of at least 8 seconds, a program mode is set for
setting the parameters of the operation. Press + and - to change the main menus, then
press the P key to enter a wanted menu. With P then we pass through parameters. If the
device is in the programe mode and no key is pressed for 90 seconds, the current changes
are rejected and the device returns to the preset mode.
Parameters of dispensing
These parameters define settings for each single tap: dispensing mode and the setting
parameters.
Sanitation of the device
In rinse mode, we run the wash cycle, which works to dispense water for 10 seconds
through tap 1 and then for 10 seconds through tap 2. If rinse is started and lasts, with P
button it can be interrupted. Before washing begins, it is necessary to connect the inlet
hoses from the syrup to the warm water that drains the system. While washing the key are
lighting blue. There is an automatic rinse system that works for 2 hours after the last reheat
to wash the taps by dispensing water for a few seconds. The automatic rinse operation is
enabled in a separate menu. Pressing the P button lasting longer than 5 seconds will start
the wash cycle that is identical to the rinse cycle that only starts 1 hour after the last refill.
