Perfect Pick® Cortex™ Operator Manual

The Perfect Pick is a matrix for storing content. iBOTs deliver the content in
totes to the operator.
3.4.1. Cortex Computer
The Cortex Computer is located behind the door on the right side of the Perfect
Pick (shown in Figure 3-6). The Cortex monitor, used primarily by the operator,
is the main interface for the Cortex system. For more information on using the
Cortex software, see
“Operation” on page 57
.
3.4.2. WRTC Computer
This is the computer which runs all of the conveyor systems. If anything
happens with this computer and/or there is any type of maintenance needed,
please contact OPEX Tech Support to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
3.4.3. Bin Locator Light
This optional feature is used to identify the specific area within the tote where
the operator is to pick the item. It shines a light in the section, or cell, of the tote
(Figure 3-7).
