OPEX Corporation
Safe State
- The operational state that may be entered by user interactions
(such as Interlock or E-Stop actuation), fault detections or actions whereby the
outputs are used for inhibiting motion.
Serial interface
- This circuit board interfaces information from the host PC to
the main I/O board.
Staging Sensor
- This sensor resides on the staging conveyor section before
the imager entry sensor. If the imager entry sensor is detecting an object
waiting for an iBOT, the staging sensor will stop the staging conveyor until the
previous object has been sent. This avoids packages bunching up on one
another and allows the system to send one object at a time.
Traffic Controller
- A layer of system software acting as the central coordinator
for the OPEX wireless network.
Touch screen Monitor
- This is a computer monitor/user interface that does not
need a mouse or keyboard. You can touch the screen to choose what you
want.
