Notices for the use of the device
Your device has been made with utmost care and attention, and while it should handle some knocks and
bumps, should be treated with care. The following suggestions can help you comply with the terms of repair
warranty and help extend the life of your mobile device:
High temperatures can shorten the life of electronic devices, damage batteries, and warp or melt
certain plastics.
Avoid placing the device in extreme low temperature environments. When the temperature rises, the
device will produce water vapor which may damage electronic circuit.
Keep device away from open flames or any open heat source.
Do not disassemble the device, non-professional disassembly may damage the device and will void
the warranty.
Only use a soft and dry cloth to clean the camera lens. Do not use any chemicals to clean your device.
The expected service life of the device is 5 years.
Troubleshooting
This section may help you isolate the cause of a problem and as a result, eliminate the need to contact
technical support.
The device cannot be powered.
Check to make sure DC plug is tightly plugged into the DC socket.
Secure the safety screw nut. If DC plug is plugged right in place, indicator LED on Ethernet connector will
flash. The device is powered on.
The device is mute.
Check Voip handler if it is hanged in place. If Voip handler is off the holder, sound can only be heard from
receiver on the handler.
Check if there is an earphone is plugged to earjack. Unplug the earphone.
If None of above issues, press “+” or “-” button in the front to unmute the system.
The display is dark but power button is illuminated.
The system is in idle mode. Press the power button with
to light on the screen.
The camera doesn’t work.
Make sure to switch Camera Shutter to “OPEN” position.
USB flashdisk cannot work on USB-A socket on the left side.
The USB-A socket on the left side can charge only, it cannot read USB flashdisk.
Plug USB flashdisk to one of two USB-A sockets on the back of the device. Go to “Files” to do operation with
USB flashdisk.
