When unpacking, check to make sure 

all the parts are included. Refer to the Parts 

List and Assembly Drawing at the end of this 

manual.  If any parts are missing or broken, 

please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number 

on the cover of this manual as soon as pos-

sible.

Concrete Anchor Bolts (M). Set these

Position the Base (K) on a concrete

where the Anchor Bolts (M) will be in-

stalled. Observe the positioning infor-

mation in the Warnings section of this 

manual.
Drill a hole in the concrete at each of

Place the Concrete Anchor Bolts (M) in

the holes, checking to be sure they will 

line up with the holes in the Base (K). 

With the Concrete Anchor Bolts (M) 

properly positioned, fix them in place 

using epoxy or high-strength concrete 

(not included). 
Hold the Concrete Anchor Bolts (M) in
