When unpacking, check to make sure
all the parts are included. Refer to the Parts
List and Assembly Drawing at the end of this
manual. If any parts are missing or broken,
please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number
on the cover of this manual as soon as pos-
sible.

It will be easier and safer to assemble

tion).
a - Permanent installation method
You may choose to permanently install

the Lamp on a concrete surface.
Remove Hex Caps (H) by turning coun-

terclockwise. Set them aside.
Disassemble the following compo-

nents: Propane Housing Container (G),
Base Covering (J) Base (K), Nuts (I),
Washers (N), Anchor Bolts (W) and
Concrete Anchor Bolts (M). Set these
aside for future use.
Position the Base (K) on a concrete
4.
surface. Use it as a template to mark
where the Anchor Bolts (M) will be in-
stalled. Observe the positioning infor-
mation in the Warnings section of this
manual.
Drill a hole in the concrete at each of

the positions marked.
Place the Concrete Anchor Bolts (M) in
6.
the holes, checking to be sure they will
line up with the holes in the Base (K).
With the Concrete Anchor Bolts (M)
properly positioned, fix them in place
using epoxy or high-strength concrete
(not included).
Hold the Concrete Anchor Bolts (M) in
7.
position while the epoxy or concrete
cures before proceeding with the instal-
lation.
Align the three holes in the Mounting

Bracket (L) with the Concrete Anchor
Bolts (M). Slide the Anchor Plate over
the Bolts.
Slide the Base (K) over the Concrete

Anchor Bolts (M).
Slide the Base Covering (J) over the

Concrete Anchor Bolts (M).
Tighten the Base Assembly securely in

place using the 3 Hex Nuts (I).
