The pedometer measurement starts automatically when
the Sensation is turned on. Measure the total amount of
calories consumed performing various basic activities.
You can easily measure the calories consumed doing
various activities including walking movement, housework,
aerobics, etc.
To view the current sports data in pedometer
measurement, select the Pedometer icon below

The value in red shows the number of steps moved. The
value underneath represents calorie consumption.
To view historical Pedometer data, press
You can set parameters include weight, height, gender
and etc, by selecting the following icon:
Click the little heart icon on the screen to display the
heart rate, temperature, and moisture as well as the
number of steps taken plus calories burned.
The pedometer uploads data regularly to the web portal
with the number of steps walked per hour.
