Changing the message on your OHP 3000
You may change the recording currently loaded into the
OHP 3000 by using the MessageStudio Software. This
software is included as part of your OHP 3000 package.
MessageStudio will run on any Windows (95, 98 or NT) based
PC with a 486 or better processor and a
16-bit sound card.
This easy-to-use software allows you to simply and easily create new on-hold
message productions any time you wish. You may record new messages in
your own voice (using a mic hooked up to your PC sound card) or have
messages professionally produced by On-Hold Plus or any other professional
voice talent. When your production is finished, you will record it into the
digital flash memory in your OHP 3000. For details on recording into the
OHP 3000, see the "Auto Recording" section in this manual.
While the MessageStudio software is very simple to operate, you will find a
complete manual (in Adobe .PDF format) located in the MessageStudio
directory on your hard drive. You may view this manual on your PC or print
a copy (manual is 15 pages in length).
MessageStudio works with any .WAV or MP3 audio files. These are 20
different music files as well as a choice of professionally voiced "thanks for
holding..." messages included with the the MessageStudio software.
