Camera video is not displayed on main
window.

Confirm camera connection.

Confirm that PC is compatible with USB 3.0 if
camera is connected by USB.

Confirm that camera’s power is charged if camera is
connected via LAN.
Cannot record video.

Confirm PC storage capacity.

Message “Failed to save the recorded data.” is
shown if the storage is not enough.

Recording file is played too fast.

Confirm that PC is compatible with USB 3.0 if
camera is connected by USB.

Confirm settings shown in chapter 9.2 if camera is

PC storage is not enough. Clean up PC storage by
moving recording files to external storage, etc.
