1. Press the START/STOP button to turn the monitor on.
All symbols appear on the display.
2. Select your USER ID (A or B).
3. Sit on a chair with your feet

oor.
Place your arm on a table so the cuff is level
with your heart.
Keep still and do not talk during measurement.
4. Press the START/STOP button.
The cuff starts to in
fl
ate automatically. As the cuff in
fl
ates, the monitor
automatically determines your ideal in
fl
ation level.
Remain still and do not move your arm until the entire measurement process is
completed.
NOTE:
To stop the in
fl
ation or measurement, push the START/STOP button. The
monitor will stop in
fl
ating, start de
fl
ating, and will turn off.
