Problem
Possible solution
Printing stops during the process
The printed object does not adhere to the build platform
The printed object cannot be removed from the platform
LCD display shows incomprehensible content or remains
blank
Nozzle cools down unexpectedly
Nozzle is clogged
Incorrect “.gcode” file data
Poor connection between USB drive and 3D printer
Nozzle or table tempterature is too low, increase it
Greasy spots on the platform or other debris making it difficult
for material to adhere to the table. Clean the build platform
The print speed may be too high, reduce it
The nozzle is too far from the platform. Recalibrate the printer
Consider using a raft
Allow the platform to cool down before removing
Gently lift the object with the knife and remove it with your
hands. Then increase the distance between the table and the
nozzle (see 3.2 “Calibrating the build platform”)
Restart the printer
Select “Preheat” to reheat the nozzle and take further action (e.g.
filament loading, printing) after about 5 minutes
Clean the inside of the nozzle (see “Cleaning and maintenance”,
section “b”)
Clean the extruder (see “Cleaning and maintenance”, section “c”)
Replace the nozzle or contact customer service
