• To meet the required safety precautions of a measuring assembly, every
single component of this assembly must comply with the safety
instructions! Therefore, make sure that also the measurement device
connected to the current clamp complies with the IEC 1010 regulation!
• Ensure that the input sockets are grounded or appropriately isolated!
2.3 Warranty
There is a 12 months warranty period on C-Probe 1, starting with the
delivery date.
The warranty is limited exclusively to faulty material or manufacturing
defects.
Under no circumstances can the claim under warranty exceed the amount
listed in the bill. Therefore, the demands are limited to the repair of the
defective devices.
Mail defective devices to our customer service address with paid postage.
The liability for defects applies only if our devices were properly used, but
not in the case of mechanical influences, careless and improper handling,
overload or overvoltages, foreign influence, etc.
The customer should explicitly note that we do not accept, neither directly
nor indirectly, liability for damages or losses!
The warranty period will not be extended in case of a repair, a change, or a
replacment of any component.
