mirror. The upper and lower compressors for Beams 1 and 2 are aligned atop one another. After pulse compression, the
co-aligned beams reflect off the selection mirror and exit the GCC, propagating to the target chamber of choice. Diagnostic
beams exit the GCC via the SPDP output periscope.
