The lights turn on but the motor does

The fan switch may be turned off.

Select a fan speed option.

Take down the one-way valve and seal 
with sealant.

on how to replace the LED lights or 
contact our Customer Service team 
should you need assistance.

Insufficient extraction suction.

The distance between the rangehood 
and the cooktop may be too far.

Refit the rangehood to the correct 
installation distance.

The ducting may have too many bends, 
is loose, kinked or too long.

Check that your rangehood has been 
ducted correctly and in accordance 
with the installation instructions.

The rangehood inclines.

The fixing screws are not tight enough.

Tighten the hanging screws until the 
rangehood is level.
