Open the package and place all the parts and assemblies in front of you
Disconnect the pump (1) from the frame (2) and remove it from the box
Place the press bed pins (3) into the holes (4) under the press bed (5) before removing the frame (2) from the box
(only with 50 Ton version). Remove the press bed (5) from the box (other versions)
Lift the frame (2) from the package
Place the support feet (6) on both sides of the frame (2) and tighten firmly.
Attach the foot pump (1) to the side of the frame (2)
Connect the hose (7) of the pump (1) and tighten securely
Place the foot pedal (8) at the bottom of the frame (2) and secure it by means of a bolt (9) on the side
Place the lever (10) for manual control into the holder (11) at the top of the pump (1)
Place the delta plates (12) from/on the press bed (5)
Connect the manometer (13) on top of the frame and tighten
Connect the hose (7) to the manometer (13)
3. ASSEMBLY
Use the exploded drawing as your guide to assemble the press. Lay all parts and assemblies out in front of you before
starting with assembly. The following procedure is recommended :
Purge away air from the hydraulic system :
Manual operation system : open the release valve on the front (15) and release valve on the side (14) by turning it
counterclockwise. Pump several full strokes to eliminate any air in the system.
Check all parts and conditions, if there is any part broken, stop using the product and contact your supplier immedi-
ately.
