failure to observe the instructions contained in this handbook.
any tampering or modifications to the equipment automatically and immediately nullifies the guarantee and relieves the
manufacturer of any liability for direct or indirect injury caused by such tampering or modifications.
The machine may only be used
by responsible staff in good health who have been specially trained to use the equipment and are
acquainted with all the risks.
The machine, can only be used
by one operator at a time.
It is mandatory
to wear adapted clothes to use this mechanical lifting equipment as required by the rules into force in the country it
is used in.
The wheels must be entirely put inside and supported by
the equipment.
Put the mechanical lifting equipment under the wheel using the dedicated handle (1).
It is mandatory
to check that the equipment fits the wheel’s dimensions.
It is mandatory to check that the floor where the equipment moves is free of objects, clean, flat, and able to support the load of the
equipment and the element loaded on the equipment. The supporting surface where the user intends to operate must be free of
slits, holes or manhole covers where the wheels could jam or get stuck.
Before starting to operate the equipment,
make sure
that it is complete of all its parts and in perfect working order. Otherwise,
using the equipment is
prohibited
.
Before operating with the equipment,
it is compulsory
to check that the operating area is sufficiently illuminated (sufficiently
illuminated area but not subject to glare or intense light).
It is mandatory
to make sure that the wheel is secured to the equipment by the wheel securing device before moving the wheel.
Before operating with the equipment,
it is compulsory
to make sure there are no objects, materials or pieces that may hinder the
movement of the wheels of the hydraulic equipment. No traces of oil or other liquids must be present that may make the floor
slippery.
