Troubleshooting
Fault Cause Remedy
The machine does not start. Lack of electrical energy. Check the main switch, socket,
plug and power supply cable.
The emergency stop button is
inserted.
Turn the button in the direction
indicated by the arrow.
The protection grating and/or the
head are lifted.
Correctly lower both the protective
grating and the head.
The main switch knob is in position
“0”.
Turn the knob to position “1”.
The timer knob is in position “0”. Set the knob from 1 to 30 minutes.
The spiral turns sporadically. The chain is loose. Tighten the chain as stated in
Maintenance.
