Dismounting the PER-E02

If any water is on the product, wipe it completely away and

make sure that the product is dry.

CAUTION:

・ When removing the PPO-E04 lens port and PER-E02 from the PT-E series case, water drops

on the O-rings may splash on the lens or camera. If this happens, wipe the water drops away
from the lens and camera with a dry cloth.

・ Make sure that all of the combined modules are completely dry before dismounting.

Holding the PT-E series case firmly with one hand, loosen the

PPO-E04 lens port that is attached to the PER-E02 by turning
the lens port about 90 degrees counterclockwise. If the PPO-
E04 is screwed in too tight, wrap it with a piece of rubber or
other slip-resistant material.

After loosening the PPO-E04 lens port, position it so that its
lens points down and turn it further counterclockwise until it
separates from the PER-E02. Be careful not to drop the
PPO-E04 lens port, PER-E02 or PT-E series case.
