Common problems

Illumination does not light.
Illumination is not lit.
Press the LIGHT button (

The illumination is dim.
The distal end is dirty.
Wipe with a clean piece of gauze or a cotton swab (See "Cleaning the distal end"
The system cannot be
turned on.
The scope unit is not connected improperly.
Connect the scope unit properly.
The AC adapter or the battery is not connected.
Connect the AC adapter or the battery correctly (See "Preparing the power supply"
The Power button is not on.
Press the Power button (

A non-designated AC adapter or battery is connected.
Use the designated AC adapter or battery.
The system cannot be
turned off.
The main unit is damaged.
Remove the AC adapter or the battery from the main unit to turn off the power.
The image is not sharp.
The objective lens on the distal end is dirty.

The external monitor is adjusted incorrectly.
Correctly adjust the external monitor.
The image brightness is
