Holding Calls / Forwarding Calls
If the telephone is connected to a PBX network, it is possible to put calls on
hold and call other subscribers or to forward calls.
1. Press key
to put the call on hold.
2. Dial the extension of the PBX station
(e.g. 23).
3. To return to the original call, press
again
or
press
to put the call through.
Note:
The above information can vary according to the PBX network used.
Therefore, refer to the relevant information in the PBX network documents.
Working with Several Handsets
If several phones are registered with the base station, external calls may be
put on hold to check back with another handset, put the call through to
another handset or use the three
−
way conference function.
Holding calls / forwarding calls
1. While making a call, press key
.
This will put the external call on hold.
2. Use the numeric keys to enter the ex-
tension of another handset. The hand-
set is called.
3. After having finished the internal call, to
return to the external call, press key
again

to the other handset.
