Clearing paper jams
1. Remove any documents from the output tray
and then remove the output tray itself.
2. Remove the paper from the input tray, and
check it for imperfect/damaged sheets of
paper that must be removed.
3. Raise the scanner module and open the jam
release behind the print head area.
4. Remove the jammed page(s) from the
multifunctional copier, pulling them out through
the input/output area.
5. Close the scanner module (the jam release
closes with the cover).
6. Reload paper in the input tray, re-insert the
output tray and press on the operator
panel.
