Problem
You cannot use the
computer while the printer
is printing.
Possible Cause and Solution
Background Printing has not been selected.
• For LaserWriter 8.3, turn
Background Printing
on in the
Chooser
. Status messages will now be redirected to the
Print Monitor
allowing you to continue working while the
computer is processing data to be sent to the printer.
• For LaserWriter 8.4 or higher, turn
Background Printing
on at the Print dialog box.
Problem
When I use Olivetti Printer
in EPSON Dot Printer
Environment, sometimes I
can not get the output I
want.
Possible Cause and Solution
Change the emulation to EPSON FX-850 in Printer Tab. You
can change that menu by Remote Control Panel. There are
two kinds of Remote Control Panel for Windows and DOS.
If you install RCP Driver using CD-ROM, Remote Control
Panel for Windows will be created in "
Olivetti PGL 12en
Utility
" Program Folder. If you want Remote Control Panel
for DOS, you have to install using CD-ROM.
