INSTALLATION
3.1 GENERAL RULES
The following rules need to be followed to ensure optimum printer performance and to avoid making service
calls for problems that do not directly involve the printer:
Line Voltage Supply
The JP 90 complies with the safety, ergonomy and radio frequency
disturbance (EMI) norms drawn up by the following commissions:

Never connect the printer to the same power outlet used by other industrial equipment since the printer
will be subject to variations that are higher than those tolerated and with a greater degree of electrical
interference.
Environmental Conditions
The environmental conditions of the area in which the printer will permanently reside must comply with the
indications defined in the AB quality objectives (normal office environment). When using the printer, avoid
variations in temperature that could cause condensation.
Locating the Printer
The printer must be used on a flat, steady surface. Keep it away from ventilators, radiators and direct
sunlight.
These instructions are particularly important for ink-jet printers.
