2. Safety
2.1 Using the appliance safely
This appliance is designed for professional use and must therefore be used exclusively by
qualified personnel.
Never leave the appliance unattended while in use.
Do not move the appliance when it is hot.
Do not use the appliance if the tank is empty.
Do not put food products directly in the tank, cook exclusively in the baskets supplied
with the appliance.
Keep the tank drain outlet closed.
2.2 Safety instructions in case of malfunctions
In the event of faults or incorrect operation, close the water and gas supplies and discon-
nect the appliance from the electrical supply using the main switch. Call service.
2.3 Disposing of the appliance
This appliance is made of recyclable materials and it does not contain any hazardous or
toxic substances. Dispose of the packing materials and the appliance in compliance with
the applicable regulations in force in the place where the appliance is installed. Packing
materials must be sorted according to their types and delivered to specific collection sites.
Abide by environmental protection regulations.
