Improper continuous forms feed
No line feed, and no paper
feed.
Paper is off the Pin Tractors.
Reload paper correctly.
The adjust lever position does not match

Forms are loaded with their left holes out of
line with the right ones.
Load forms with their left holes in line with
the right ones.
Inadequate distance between the left and
