6.2 Scale Dashboard [ Access Level 1]
{TARGET WEIGHT (NET)} Displays the target net weight along with upper limit
{UL} and lower limit {LL} as set by the current loaded recipe.
[ZERO SCALE] – Pressing this button will zero the scale (confirmation required). If
zeroing is successful, an information banner will appear confirming the action. If
zeroing is not successful an alarm banner will appear. The zeroing function will only
be allowed if the excess dead load (in excess of zero point as defined at calibration)
on the scale is below 2% of the load cell capacity (i.e. 2kg for 100kg). If this
condition occurs, the offending weight must be removed/cleaned from the scale.
Note that the button will only function when the machine is not running production.
While running production the machine automatically zeros the scale upon startup
.
[ZERO RESET] - Pressing this button will restore the zero-value reference set at
calibration (confirmation required).
{RECENT FILL HISTORY} Data stack that displays the GROSS, TARE and NET
weights of the latest ten checkweigh cycles. The top row holds the most recent fill
cycle data and the data stack shifts down with every subsequent cycle. The
GROSS weight is measured directly by the scale. The NET weight is simply
calculated as GROSS weight minus TARE weight defined in recipe.
[CLEAR HISTORY] - Pressing this button will clear all RECENT FILL HISTORY
data stack (confirmation required).
