A. Weigh Scale Roller Conveyor – Receives boxes filled with product and weighs them to
check if weight is within range. Please note that this conveyor is mounted directly to a
load cell. Use caution when working around or manually placing cases on/off to avoid
damaging load cells.
B. Reject Pusher – Pushes out of range weighed boxes from the Weigh Scale Roller
Conveyor to the Reject Roller Conveyor.
C. Reject Roller Conveyor – Accumulates out of range weighed boxes (usually 3 to 4
boxes depending on size).
D. Electrical Panel/Operator Controls Station – Houses touch screen, emergency stop,
control buttons and all electrical components including CPU, frequency drives, fuses,
etc.
E. Outfeed Roller Conveyor – Allows boxes filled with product with in-range weight to exit
the machine.
