Wireless signal fault

If the signal between the thermostat and IR sensor disappears

for more than 20 minutes, the thermostat will automatically enter

Regulator mode, the display will read 3.0 and the red LED will flash.

The thermostat now acts as a simple controller without temperature

sensor. The heating system is regulated on a scale from 0.0-10.0,

corresponding to 0-100% of heat output. The factory setting is 3.0

(30%). Once the signal returns, the thermostat automatically reverts

to normal temperature control.

Fault codes:

E1  -  IR sensor signal fault. Replace the battery in the IR sensor.

LED flashes red once.

E5  -   Overheating. Excessive thermostat temperature. Heating is

switched off. LED flashes 5 times.
