INSTRUCTIONS Commissioning guide for AHC-3000
19.8 Zero-calibrating the pressure transmitters
To eliminate the deviation of zero
point measurement when the pressure
transmitters are without pressure, it is
possible here to start the procedure for
the 0-calibration of all the system pressure
transmitters.
All installed modbus pressure transmitters in
the configuration will be zero calibrated.
Zero calibration will be made automatic at
each stop or manually via the“
0-CALIBRATE
PRESSURE
” button.
Auto 0-calibration
The 0-calibration will be made every time the AHU is in “Stop”. Either the stop signal is made
manually from the user interface (HMI-35-T) or the AHU is stopped via a signal from the time
scheduler. When the AHU is stopped and the pressure transmitters do not measure any turbulence in
the pressure tubes, the 0-calibration will start.
Manual 0-calibration
Press “
0-CALIBRATE PRESSURE
” to start the 0-calibration.
During manual 0-calibration, the AHU will stop if it is running.
When the 0-calibration has finished, the AHU will start again according to the operation
conditions, scheduler, override function, boost mode or similar.
