ドレンホースの取付け

 

クーラで除湿され発生した水は、ドレンホースを通して流れます。

 

ドレンホースは以下の注意点を守り、正しく取付けてください。

 

注意

 

正しい取付けをしないと、クーラで除湿され発生した水がドレンホースを流れず、クーラ内

の水受けよりオーバーフローして、クーラ内または盤内に水が浸入します。

 

 

・ドレンパイプにドレンホースを差し込む際は抜けないように根元まで差し込んでください。ドレンホースの

先端とドレンパイプの接合部が緩い場合はホースバンドを使用し、確実な固定を行ってください。

 

・2本のドレンパイプを連結して使用しないでください。

 

・制御盤の角には付属のL継手を使用して、折れのないようにしてください。

 

 

 

 

 

 

・ドレンホースは折り曲げたり、巻いたりしないで必ず直線になるように取付けてください。

 

・ドレンホースは、クーラ本体のドレンパイプの位置より高くならないようにしてください。

 

・ドレンホースの先端は、曲げないでまっすぐ下に向けてください。

 

・ドレンパイプの口元より横方向

50cm

以内で下におろすようにしてください。

 

・設置上どうしても横方向に

50cm

以上の引き回しが必要な場合は、必ず下り勾配にて取付けてください。

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

・ドレンホースの先端が必ずドレン水に浸からない長さにしてください。

 

・ドレン水があふれ出ないように湿度の高い日などは必ずこまめに捨てて

ください。

 

 

注意)ドレンパイプに無理な力を加えないでください!
