A.3 Service Password.
Down load 'ST5000 Password Generator.xls' file from DMX, this xls file will generate the
password once enter required information in the table as shown below.
- Colum A, key in the Serial Number of the ST5000.
- Colum B, key in the Year shown on the ST5000.
- Colum C, key in the Month shown on the ST5000.
- Colum D, key in the Date/Day shown on the ST5000.
- Colum E, key in the Hour shown on the ST5000 (without the minutes).
- Colum F, No need to key in any information and DO NOT change the information as pre-
entered by the software itself.
- Once you press the keyboard Enter key the software will generate the Password in
Colum G.

3. Key in the Password into Service Menu window as shown in Figure 2.2 and press Enter you
will see the below screen.
